- Provide On Going Training And Support To Ensure Agents Are Upto Date With Products
- Set And Acheive Sales Targets
- Devolp And Implement Sales Statergies.
- Build And Maintain Strong Relationship With Agents
- Prepare And Submit Regular Reports On Sales Performance
- Have To Handle All The Insurance Products Life, Health,General, Motor Insurance .
