About the Role

We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer with strong frontend development skills to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of user-centered design principles, proficiency in Figma (including Variables, Components, Prototyping, and Animation), and hands-on experience with React, Angular, and CSS3 animations. You will play a key role in designing and developing intuitive, visually stunning, and functional interfaces that delight users and drive business success.

Key Responsibilities

- UI/UX Design

• Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces using Figma.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that align with user needs and business goals.
• Develop and maintain a design system to ensure consistency across all platforms and products.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to iterate on designs.
• Implement animations and micro-interactions to enhance user engagement and delight.

- Frontend Development

• Translate designs into responsive, interactive, and high-performance web applications using React / Angular.
• Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code with a focus on scalability and performance.
• Implement CSS3 animations and transitions to bring designs to life.
• Ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility.
• Collaborate with backend developers to integrate APIs and ensure smooth functionality.

- Collaboration & Communication

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure design and development alignment.
• Present design concepts and prototypes to stakeholders and incorporate feedback.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve design and development practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design and frontend development.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in Figma, React, Angular, and CSS3 animations.
