UI / UX Designer

As a UI/UX Designer at Talview, you will play a crucial role in creating intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces that enhance the overall user experience of our products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and quality assurance, to design and deliver innovative solutions that meet the needs of our clients and candidates.

Responsibilities

• User Interface Design: Create visually stunning and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications that align with our brand and usability standards.
• User Experience Design: Develop wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to ensure a seamless and intuitive user experience.
• Collaboration: Collaborate closely with product managers and developers to translate product requirements and user stories into engaging design concepts.
• Research: Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis to inform design decisions and validate design choices.
• Iterative Design: Iterate designs based on user feedback and testing results to continuously improve the user experience.
• Responsive Design: Ensure designs are responsive and accessible across various devices and platforms.
• Design Systems: Contribute to the development and maintenance of design systems and guidelines to maintain consistency across products.
• Visual Design: Create high-fidelity mockups and design assets, including icons and graphics.
• Prototyping: Build interactive prototypes to demonstrate and test design concepts.
• Stay Updated: Stay up to date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies, and recommend their adoption when relevant.
