Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Travel and Hotel Booking Executive to join our team at Manorama Industries Limited. This full-time, mid-level position is based in Raipur, and requires a minimum of 4 to 6 years of relevant work experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing travel and accommodation arrangements for our employees while ensuring a seamless and efficient booking process.

Qualifications And Skills

  • Extensive knowledge of the travel industry, including airline routes, hotel options, and travel regulations.
  • Strong customer service skills to handle a variety of employee inquiries and issues with professionalism.
  • Keen attention to detail to ensure accurate travel bookings and minimize errors.
  • Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple bookings and itineraries simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively relay travel information to employees.
  • Proficiency in travel booking systems and software to streamline the booking process.
  • Ability to handle emergencies and last-minute changes with a calm and problem-solving mindset.
  • Experience in managing travel budgets and negotiating rates with service providers to ensure cost-effectiveness.

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage all travel bookings, including flights, hotels, and transportation, for company employees.
  • Communicate travel itineraries and updates to employees in a clear and timely manner.
  • Negotiate rates with airlines and hotels to secure the best deals and maintain travel budgets.
  • Handle emergency travel situations and provide prompt solutions to ensure minimal disruption.
  • Maintain accurate records of travel arrangements and expenses for reporting and auditing purposes.
  • Assist employees with travel-related inquiries and provide advice on travel policies and procedures.
  • Monitor industry trends to identify opportunities for improving travel management practices.
  • Liaise with travel agencies and service providers to maintain strong working relationships.
