JOB DESCRIPTION
- Align India operations with Weatherford’s global strategy.
- Prioritize and deliver high-ROI projects (manufacturing expansion, customer growth, R&D, innovation).
- Coordinate across Supply Chain, Manufacturing, R&D, Supplier Quality, and TCS for smooth execution.
- Implement PMO-lite framework, set KPIs, and track project progress.
- Lead cost reduction, quality improvement, and innovation initiatives.
- Manage stakeholder engagement with leadership, suppliers, and customers.
- Drive governance through monthly reviews and 90-day sprints.
- Revenue growth targeted to increase 2X times by 2027.
- Achieve a lead time reduction of 15–20%.
- Increase India supplier spend globally by a significant amount.
- Reduce supply chain cost by 20–30%.
- Supplier quality audits at P95.
- Increase patent filings by 50%.
- 90% projects on time & within budget.
- 90% stakeholder satisfaction.
- 15+ years of experience in the oil and gas industry or equivalent, with expertise in project management, supply chain, and digital transformation.
- Proven track record in scaling operations or driving large-scale change.
- Strong stakeholder management skills to navigate partnerships with Global Weatherford, Suppliers, and Customers.
- Familiarity with Weatherford's technology-driven approach (e.g., Supply Chain practices, Manufacturing, Operations, Supplier Quality, IoT, AI, RD&E, digital twins).
- Excellent leadership and communication abilities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., PMP certified or equivalent).
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is preferred.
- This role may require 5% domestic and international travel.
