Job Summary

As a Senior Team Member within the Custody Stock Reconciliations team, you perform critical reconciliations for stock and cash assets. You investigate discrepancies, analyze exceptions, and communicate findings to business partners and resolver groups & You ensure timely resolution of breaks, contribute to reporting, and support process improvements in a dynamic global environment.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform asset (stock) and cash reconciliations with precision
• Investigate and research discrepancies in reconciliation processes
• Analyze breaks and exceptions, providing detailed reasoning
• Communicate findings to business and resolver groups
• Meet or exceed defined SLAs for quality and turnaround time
• Prepare metrics, dashboards, and reporting documents
• Participate in hub calls and liaise with business partners
• Resolve queries raised on a day-to-day basis
• Utilize TLM/TLM Premium for reconciliation activities
• Apply data validation controls and feed maintenance
• Support asset servicing, corporate actions, and securities lending as required
  
  

Required Qualifications, Capabilities And Skills

• Hold B. Com, M. Com, BBA, or MBA degree
• Minimum 3 years of experience in stock and cash reconciliations
• Exhibit strong time management and organizational skills
• Display attention to detail and analytical thinking
• Communicate effectively both orally and in writing
• Collaborate with peers, colleagues, and stakeholders
• Apply knowledge of reconciliation tools and processes
  
  

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities And Skills

• Utilize experience with TLM/TLM Premium systems
• Apply understanding of asset servicing and corporate actions
• Demonstrate familiarity with securities lending and trade settlements
• Employ skills in data validation controls and feed maintenance
• Leverage knowledge of Alteryx and Tableau for reporting
• Exhibit ability to work with metrics and dashboards
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives
