Role Overview
As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you will lead the recruitment strategy and execution for the organization, while also supporting key HR operational processes. This role demands strong expertise in hiring across levels, stakeholder management, and a passion for building high-performing teams. Alongside talent acquisition, you will contribute to smooth HR operations and employee experience initiatives.
Talent Acquisition (Primary Responsibility)
- Lead end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and offer management.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future requirements through proactive sourcing strategies.
- Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
- Provide hiring insights, market intelligence, and recruitment metrics to support business decision-making.
- Work on closing positions within agreed SLA and maintain a smaller TAT.
- Conduct screening, scheduling, interviewing, negotiating, and follow through until the candidate joins
- Identify and implement sourcing strategies based upon the job position by creatively conducting research and/or utilizing a multitude of resources
- Develop an ongoing and diverse pipeline using research, networking, database mining, etc. for prospective applicants
- Identify and submit qualified candidates to Hiring Managers basis the JD provided
- Have effective discussions on Salary to ensure a fair remuneration package for the member basis their skillset and internal parity.
- Share data and analysis to be able to evaluate efficiency and effectiveness of the recruitment process and other reports etc as required
- Provide Analytical and well documented reports to the hiring mangers
- Review and benchmark the internal and external environment to improve HR/Talent Management
HR Operations
- Support onboarding and induction of new employees, ensuring smooth integration.
- Assist in payroll inputs and compliance documentation.
- Provide first-level support for employee queries related to HR policies and processes.
- Building workplace diversity, Grievances Handling & Conflict Resolution
Employee Engagement
- Plan and execute engagement activities (both in-office and remote) to foster collaboration and team culture.
- Assist in performance review processes and feedback coordination.
- Contribute ideas for initiatives that enhance employee satisfaction and retention.
Skills & Competencies
- 7–8 years of HR experience, with strong focus on Talent Acquisition.
- Proven track record of hiring across functions, levels, and diverse talent pools.
- Experience in HR operations and compliance processes.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
- Familiarity with HRMS/ATS tools and recruitment platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri, etc.).
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
