Temporary Personal Assistant (Pune, India)

Location: Pune, India (with occasional weekend travel)

Schedule: Full-time during weekdays; occasional weekend travel

We are seeking a Temporary Personal Assistant to support an executive and their spouse during their stay in Pune. This is not an office role — it is a hands-on, lifestyle support position. You will help them navigate Pune, manage errands, shop for special dietary needs, and accompany them to cultural events and local attractions.

The ideal candidate is resourceful, friendly, professional, and knows Pune well — including markets, restaurants, cultural venues, and hidden gems. You should be comfortable coordinating plans, communicating in English, and traveling on weekends if required.

• Assist with daily errands: shopping, sourcing special dietary items (diabetes-friendly foods), and arranging transportation.

• Plan and coordinate local outings: restaurants, events, sightseeing, cultural activities.

• Accompany and assist with weekend travel as needed (expenses covered).

• Provide local guidance and recommendations to help make the stay enjoyable.

• Support spouse during weekdays (while executive is working) — help with local navigation, errands, and activities.

• Maintain confidentiality, professionalism, and flexibility with scheduling.

• Strong knowledge of Pune and nearby destinations (restaurants, markets, cultural spots).

• Fluent in English and Hindi/Marathi (preferred).

• Professional, courteous, and reliable.

• Flexible availability, including some evenings and weekends.

• Valid ID, ability to travel with employer (domestic trips, all costs covered).
