The Telecom Specialist and Analyst will be responsible for managing and analyzing the company's telecommunications systems and cloud infrastructure telecom support. This role involves ensuring optimal performance, troubleshooting issues, and implementing improvements to enhance communication efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent analytical skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

- Telecommunications Management: Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of telecom systems, including VoIP and IVR Cloud support and global phone number procurement.
- Network Analysis: Monitor and analyze network performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to optimize connectivity.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to telecommunications systems, ensuring minimal downtime and disruption.
- Vendor Coordination: Collaborate with telecom service providers and vendors to ensure timely and effective service delivery and manage billing and volume requirements.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed records of telecom systems, configurations, and changes, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Project Management: Lead and participate in telecom-related projects, ensuring timely completion and alignment with business objectives.
- Security: Implement and monitor security measures to protect telecom systems from unauthorized access and cyber threats.
- Training: Provide training and support to staff on the use of telecom systems and best practices.
- Operational Efficiency: Responsible for reviewing and analyzing all telecom and IT-related expenditures and invoices, ensuring accuracy, maximizing cost-effectiveness, and maintaining compliance with the organization's standards and policies.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in telecommunications management and analysis.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in telecom systems, network analysis tools, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Software Requirements: Experience with Twilio for cloud communications and Eleven Labs for advanced voice technology solutions.
- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze complex data and develop actionable insights.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving: Proven track record of identifying and resolving technical issues efficiently.
- Responsive Mind Set: A sense of urgency and a client services mind set are paramount to this role.
