Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

• Conduct outbound calls to potential job candidates to discuss job opportunities and gather relevant information.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of all communication with candidates in MS-Excel.
• Assist in scheduling interviews and follow-ups with candidates.
• Provide updates to the recruitment team on candidate progress and feedback received during calls.
• Ensure all calls are made in a professional and courteous manner, representing the company in the best light possible.
• Collaborate with the team to meet daily and weekly targets for calls made and candidates contacted.
