We are seeking a Customer Care Executive (Female) to join our dynamic team in Bikaner.   • Telecalling (Mandatory skill): Proficiency in handling telephonic interactions while maintaining professionalism and courtesy.
  • Office Management (Mandatory skill): Ability to manage office tasks, ensuring a smooth operational workflow.
  • Excellent communication skills: Capable of articulating thoughts and conveying messages clearly and concisely in verbal and written form.
  • Empathy: Skilled in understanding and sharing the feelings of others to provide personalized service and support.
  • Problem-solving: Aptitude in identifying issues quickly and offering logical, effective solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
