Asirvad Microfinance Limited is seeking a dynamic individual with proficiency in spoken Hindi to join our team as a telecaller. As a telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers in Hindi, promoting our financial products and services, and persuading them to avail of our offerings. Your role will be instrumental in expanding our customer base and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers in Hindi and communicate effectively about our products and services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing excellent customer service and addressing their queries and concerns.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for customer acquisition and revenue generation.
• Update and maintain customer information in the database accurately.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless customer onboarding and support.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, and maintain confidentiality of customer information at all times.
