Strong knowledge in ODOO or any other ERP Software.
Experience in Opencart technologies and E- Commerce Website Administration
Experience in Payment Gateway System and vendor Coordination
Ensure smooth running of Odoo software and troubleshoot issues.
Act as a point of contact for Odoo-related queries and support.
Knowledge in IT Hardware Support
Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Detail-oriented with a focus on high-quality results.
Qualifications
5+ years experience in Odoo or any ERP software
In-depth knowledge of functionality and processes.
Strong IT support and troubleshooting skills.
Education And Experience
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (preferred).
Previous experience as an Odoo IT support or any ERP IT support.
