Key Responsibilities
- Making outbound calls to potential subscribers and providing them with information about our latest news updates.
- Maintaining and updating customer databases using MS-Excel to keep track of leads and follow-ups.
- Handling customer inquiries and providing excellent customer service in Hindi and English.
- Collaborating with the sales team to meet targets and achieve sales goals.
- Generating leads through cold calling and networking to expand our subscriber base.
- Following up with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Providing feedback to management on customer preferences and market trends to improve services.
