Customer Interaction – Make outbound calls and handle inbound inquiries professionally.
Lead Generation – Identify and qualify potential customers.
Sales & Promotion – Explain products/services and persuade customers to buy or take action.
Customer Support – Address queries, resolve complaints, and provide assistance.
Data Management – Maintain call records, update customer databases, and track follow-ups.
Target Achievement – Meet daily/weekly call and conversion targets.
Feedback Collection – Gather customer feedback to improve services and sales strategies.
