Job Overview

We are hiring a Telecaller to join our team at Fly2Infinity. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers and promoting our products and services. This is a Full-Time position based in Siliguri, West Bengal, India. We are looking for freshers with less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.

Qualifications And Skills

• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi
• Ability to convince and persuade customers
• Good knowledge of sales and marketing techniques
• Experience in cold calling and lead generation is a plus
• Strong customer relationship management skills
• Ability to work in a target-oriented environment
• Self-motivated and result-driven
• Good computer skills, including knowledge of CRM systems
  
  

Roles And Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and promote our products and services
• Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
• Follow up on leads and maintain a database of potential customers
• Achieve sales targets and KPIs
• Collaborate with the sales team to meet customer requirements
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and build strong customer relationships
• Update CRM system with customer information and sales activity
• Provide feedback and suggestions for improving sales and customer service processes
