Job Summary

Mentation is seeking an experienced and highly motivated and results-driven Sales Person to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, building customer relationships, and managing a team of sales representatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay informed
  • Analyze sales data and provide insights to improve sales performance
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth

Requirements

  • Any Graduate degree
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in field sales and sales management
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading high-performing teams
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Proven Experience in Automobile Sector.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualities

  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Experience with sales automation tools and CRM software
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
