- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Provide product information and assist customers in making purchase decisions
- Follow up on customer inquiries and ensure timely resolution of issues
- Work closely with the sales and customer service teams to ensure coordinated efforts
- Achieve set targets and KPIs related to call volumes and customer satisfaction
