Job Overview

Reliance Retail is seeking a dedicated and professional Telecaller to join our team on a full-time basis. The role is positioned at a junior level and requires a minimum of 1 year of work experience. The job location includes Varca, Bhiwandi, Vashi, Satara, Dhule, Ahmednagar, and Aurangabad. The Telecaller will be responsible for engaging with customers, providing excellent customer service, and addressing their queries and concerns effectively.

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to inform them about Reliance Retail's products and services
  • Answer incoming calls from customers to address their inquiries and resolve issues
  • Maintain a positive and professional demeanor during customer interactions
  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Provide product information and assist customers in making purchase decisions
  • Follow up on customer inquiries and ensure timely resolution of issues
  • Work closely with the sales and customer service teams to ensure coordinated efforts
  • Achieve set targets and KPIs related to call volumes and customer satisfaction
