The opportunity

• Varicent Sales and Performance Management suite Application Support Analyst¬
• Expected joining date: Immediate
• Experience: 2 to 3 years’ experience
  
  

Your Key Responsibilities

• Participate in incident management P1 / P2 ticket analysis, requirement analysis for enhancements.
• Investigate Varicent issues reported and provide fix as necessary.
• Test and deploy applications and systems.
• Revise, update, refactor and debug code.
• Collaborate with internal teams to produce software design and architecture, external teams like Varicent support for base issues.
• Improve existing software.
• Develop change requests throughout the software development life cycle (SDLC).
• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Should have understanding and experience of software development best practices.
• Excellent business communication skills.
• Willingness to work in night shifts and on-call support.
  
  

Skills And Attributes For Success

• 2+ years’ experience in configuring Varicent’s Sales and Performance Management suite
• Commission and compensations configuration experience for life insurance and annuities products
• Familiarity with SPM batch setup, underlying data model, and integrations
• Understanding of software design principles
• Experience with React, Redux, .NET, and TypeScript
• Experience with REST APIs and single-page applications
• Knowledge of SQL for data manipulation and reporting
• Experience in data analysis and report building using Varicent or similar tools
• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Should have understanding and experience of software development best practices.
• Excellent business communication skills.
• Education in Information Technology or equivalent working experience.
• Have exposure to working in shifts and on-call support.
  
  

To qualify for the role, you must have

Strong in following technologies (minimum 1-year hands on experience on the below mentioned tech stack).

• Varicent SPM Module
• Familiar to React
• Familiar to Redu
• Familiar to .NET
• Familiar to TypeScript
• Familiar to REST API
