About the Role: We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead with deep expertise in Python and AWS Lambda to guide a high-performing development team. The ideal candidate will combine strong hands-on technical skills with proven leadership experience to design, develop, and deliver scalable backend solutions. You will be responsible for driving end-to-end development, ensuring best coding practices, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, high-quality solutions on schedule.
Required Skills & Experience
7+ years of backend development experience with a strong focus on Python.
3+ years of hands-on experience designing and developing AWS Lambda serverless applications.
Proficiency with AWS services such as API Gateway, DynamoDB, S3, CloudWatch, and IAM.
Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, microservice architectures, and event-driven design.
Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines and automating deployment workflows.
Deep understanding of software engineering principles, design patterns, and best practices.
Proven ability to lead teams and deliver high-quality software solutions on time.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
