Our Health care material division specialized in pharmaceutical excipients looks for the best candidate for the opening position. Role Description This is a technical role engaged primarily in the pharmaceutical market. There is a strong expectation to collaborate with our R&D and marketing team in Japan as well as third parties such as CRO and tableting professionals. A successful candidate will be responsible for developing/improving technical data as strong tools to help prospects understand unique functions of our excipients and homologate the products. Your Mission Translate (together with Marketing team & R&D team) customer needs into potential solutions distinctive from competitors. Advise technical marketing managers and Customers on best technical solutions and strategic directions. Act as a liaison between different departments with understanding of both the market needs and scientific principles. Lead applicational data development/improvement in collaborations with internal stake holders (e.g., R&D and Marketing team) and/or external stake holders (e.g., CRO and tableting technology provider). Visiting customer R&D (formulators) to enable technical consultative promotion and grasp customer needs. 20-30% of domestic/international travelling will be expected as part of the job. Qualifications Education and experience required Master's degree or higher in pharmacy, chemistry, or related field. Experience as formulation scientist in the pharmaceutical industy or in the excipient market for 2 years or more. Suitable skills Relentless Enthusiasm for achieving High customer satisfaction on technical / formulation support based upon your work, continuously translating our customer challenges and needs into potential solutions. A highly motivated, team player mentality. Cross cultural communication skills knowledge of formulations, API, and excipients in the pharmaceutical industry and nutraceutical industry. Strong interest in technology and B2B marketing.
