Function Manager Financial Planning & Data Analytics

Make An Impact We are seeking an innovative and strategic leader to drive measurable productivity improvements and standardize FP&A processes within the Global Capability Center (GCC). This role involves managing a talented team, ensuring alignment with global organizational objectives, and delivering insights to support strategic decision-making across our global operations. The Function Manager will oversee financial planning, data integration, and process automation to power data-driven success. Key Responsibilities: Budget Planning & Strategy Formulation: Drive transformation by aligning the GCC with global operational strategies. Ensure efficiency in manpower planning, delivering operational excellence in line with the annual operating plan (AoP). Collaborate on budget planning, monitor financial performance, and rectify underperformance. Implement industry-leading practices in financial reporting, modeling, and analysis. Oversee design, development, and optimization of data integration processes, working closely with global IT. Create efficient SQL queries and ETL mappings to ensure seamless data flow. Provide technical support for data warehouse usage, troubleshooting issues to resolve user challenges. Operational Excellence: Define objectives and business plans, cascading goals to the team. Analyze financial statements and deliver insights for strategic financial planning. Support management with in-depth analytical reports and ad-hoc analyses. Oversee the FP&A and Data Analytics teams, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with regional controls. Drive process excellence and continuous improvement initiatives, enhancing operational reporting and analysis. Stakeholder Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with internal stakeholders across global and regional teams. Foster partnerships with external vendors, auditors, and regulatory authorities, ensuring optimal business performance. Influence and collaborate across functional domains to maximize synergies and mitigate risks. Governance & Compliance: Implement governance, compliance, and risk management frameworks across the GCC. Proactively address business risks, embedding a compliance culture within the team. People Management: Lead by example, upholding professional conduct, ethics, and integrity. Build a high-performing team through succession planning, talent management, and targeted learning initiatives. Promote a culture of continuous feedback, driving performance, engagement, and retention of key talent.
