Job Purpose

The incumbent in this job role will be responsible for implementing the Management & Leadership Development Operating Plan for RIL Hydrocarbons. Deliverables will span across different bodies of work within this domain.

Job Accountabilities

• Implement Management and Leadership Development Operating Plan for pan Hydrocarbons and allied businesses, by utilizing appropriate interventions and cadence
• Support in designing new interventions that are instructionally sound, with focus on effectiveness, as per the execution plan
• Partner with HRBPs and functional SPOCs for programme diagnostic and design purposes, as well as seamless execution of the same
• Project manage roll-out of interventions effectively, while ensuring top notch learner experience
• Track progress as per pre-defined success measures and report out to specified stakeholders
• Keep abreast with latest technology and methodologies to understand best practices and suggest measures to update processes accordingly to ensure competitive advantage

Qualifications

MBA (Human Resource Management) / MA (Psychology)

Experience

3 - 4 years of experience in HR / L&D with a flair towards intervention design and development
