Job Description
The Team Lead- Hardware Engineering will lead the design of ISO 26262-compliant high-voltage traction inverters for electric vehicles. As the hardware team lead, he/she coordinate engineers and technicians to deliver automotive projects on time, within budget, and to automotive-grade quality standards. He/She serve as the key interface between development, quality, testing, purchasing departments and component suppliers.

Job Responsibilities
Responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, the following
- Lead the hardware development of the high-voltage traction inverters (800V–1200V) for next-gen electric trucks and buses.
- Conduct worst-case, failure analysis to ensure realibility.
- Creation and monitoring of project plans to ensure the timely and budget-compliant excution of the hardware project scope.
- Ensure compliance with processes and standards (ISO26262, ISO7637, CISPR25).
- Status reporting to Technical Project Manager and Head of Automotive Hardware Development.

- Master or equivalent to engineering
- People Management experience around 5-10 years.
- First and foremost, you are a decisive and proactive person, who can communicate well at all levels.
- You have a relevant educational background and professional experience from a similar role.
- You are motivated by driving continuous improvements.
