As part of our growth, we are seeking a skilled Python Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable applications and APIs that power our next-generation legal-tech and AI-driven products.

Position : Python Developer

We are looking for a highly motivated Python Developer with a strong background in building robust, efficient, and scalable backend systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing RESTful APIs, data pipelines, and integrating AI and data-driven services into production-ready applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scalable RESTful APIs using frameworks like Flask or FastAPI.
• Design, implement, and manage backend services for web and AI applications.
• Integrate machine learning and GenAI models into backend workflows and APIs.
• Work with libraries such as pandas, BeautifulSoup, and NumPy for data processing and manipulation.
• Collaborate with front-end developers, data scientists, and product managers to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Optimize existing Python codebases for performance, readability, and maintainability.
• Write and maintain SQL queries and work with relational databases for data extraction and storage.
• Create and maintain automated scripts for data ingestion, transformation, and reporting.
• Implement best practices for version control, CI/CD, testing, and deployment.
• Ensure the security, integrity, and scalability of developed applications.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in backend or full-stack Python development.
• Strong proficiency in Python and backend frameworks (Flask, FastAPI, Django).
• Experience working with APIs, databases (SQL), and data handling libraries.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript is a plus (for API integration and testing).
• Knowledge of Git and collaborative development workflows.
• Ability to write clean, modular, and well-documented code.
