We have an exciting role of a Talent Sourcing Analyst (Talent Acquisition/Recruitment) to support Omnicom agency's onshore recruiting team to place qualified candidates with a quick turnaround. Sourcing Specialist responsibilities include searching social networks and portfolio sites to identify potential candidates, sending recruiting emails, and organizing an effective sourcing and recruitment process. You will be responsible for building a strong talent pipeline for Omnicom Agencies' current and future staffing needs.

Responsibilities
- Execute the recommended sourcing strategy using priority sourcing channels, maintain candidate data in the Recruiting Management System (RMS), and provide our global recruiter's team with highly qualified experienced candidates.
- Scout for internal and external databases for qualified candidates; contribute to the candidate pipeline database (RMS).
- Adhere to the sourcing process, defined SLA, consistency, performance targets, and delivery timelines.
- Maintain current leading-edge knowledge of external sourcing options (job sites, professional recruiting sites, etc.).
- Provide periodic reports of sourcing team activity as applicable.
- Work collaboratively with various stakeholders; Understand business needs and roles by engaging at every stage of the talent sourcing process
- Update the Resourcing Application System routinely and maintain the candidates/profiles database
- Update / Maintain HRMS systems pertinent to employee onboarding / offboarding
- 3-5 years of sourcing resumes using job sites, professional networking sites
- Graduate / Post Graduate in any discipline
- Flexible to work across time zones (overlap) - Preferably US
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Should have attention to detail and understanding of the business
- Hands-on experience of working on job sites, professional networking sites
- Experience of working on Applicant Tracking Systems and Recruitment Management System
- Hands-on knowledge in Passive Sourcing (AIRS) techniques, market trends, vetting the Internet for the target companies/ candidate’s information, etc
