Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively source candidates using a variety of unique and innovative channels, including social media, networking events, job boards, and employee referrals.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for niche skills such as backend developer, applied scientist—AI services, big data, SREs, cybersecurity, cloud infrastructure, and other specialized technology areas.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand business needs, provide market insights, and develop tailored sourcing strategies.
- Build and maintain strong pipelines for current and future talent needs across JAPAC, including India, Singapore, Australia, Malaysia, and Indonesia.
- Preference for those who have recruited talent from hyperscaler.
- Effectively manage stakeholders and customers, demonstrating strong influencing and negotiation skills.
- Manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines, maintaining high-quality standards.
- Create compelling presentations and deliver insights to business stakeholders.
- Support employer branding initiatives, including social media and content development.
- Ensure compliance with all recruitment policies and data privacy regulations.
- Must have 7+ years of hands-on experience in technical recruiting.
- Proven experience sourcing for niche technical roles in backend engineering, cloud, AI/ML, big data, and data center environments.
- Previous exposure to JAPAC region markets and understanding of cultural and business nuances across Singapore, Australia, Malaysia, and/or Indonesia would be an added advantage.
- Track record of success in engaging multiple stakeholders and managing expectations.
- Strong experience delivering presentations and preparing business-oriented slide decks.
- Experience with social branding and digital talent engagement strategies.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.
- Prior recruitment experience within a large technology or multinational enterprise, specifically in product-based functions.
- Familiarity with data privacy, compliance, and best practices in recruitment.
