As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in our organization by managing the entire recruitment process, from crafting sourcing strategies to interviewing and hiring exceptional talent. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers and executive leadership, ensuring a robust talent pipeline to meet our strategic growth objectives. Your natural aptitude for building strong, trusting partnerships and your ability to prioritize and problem-solve with limited information will be key to your success.

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a proven track record of sourcing and hiring top talent in the tech industry.
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR technologies.
• Experience in utilizing creative sourcing methods and cold calling to identify and attract exceptional talent currently employed at other companies.
• Previous experience in working with mature startups or high-volume tech service companies is highly desirable.
