We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead the end-to-end hiring process across multiple functions, including Technology, Finance, and Commercial teams. In this role, you will act as a strategic partner to hiring managers, leveraging innovative sourcing strategies, market insights, and recruitment expertise to attract, assess, and secure top talent. You will also support the broader HR function by ensuring processes, metrics, and employer branding initiatives align with best practices and organizational goals.

- Partner with hiring managers to assess and define recruitment needs, provide guidance throughout the recruitment process, and ensure alignment with organizational policies and procedures.
- Assist hiring managers in creating clear, compelling job descriptions and vacancy briefs that define role requirements and candidate expectations.
- Conduct market research and salary bench marking for vacancies to ensure competitive and fair compensation. Liaise with HR leadership on any anomalies.
- Manage the recruitment approval process, ensuring budgets and leadership approvals are in place before vacancies go live.
- Promote vacancies internally and externally, leveraging networks, referrals, and recruitment channels to attract high-quality candidates.
- Manage relationships with recruitment agencies, ensuring alignment with organizational standards, competitive terms, and effective candidate sourcing.
- Utilize the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to streamline recruitment, track applicants, shortlist candidates, and schedule interviews efficiently.
- Monitor recruitment progress and metrics, including applicant diversity, vacancy status, and process efficiency, recommending improvements as required.
- Ensure all recruitment practices uphold equality, diversity, and inclusion principles, maintaining quality control and cultural fit standards before making job offers.
- Champion employer branding initiatives to position the organization as an attractive place to work.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably with experience in Technology or multi-functional hiring.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, ATS platforms, and candidate sourcing strategies.
- Proven ability to build relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and recruitment partners.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in monitoring recruitment metrics, workforce planning, and diversity hiring initiatives.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
