This role ensures that the products marketed under Reliance Consumer Products are sold to the retail outlets via distributors and super stockist.
Must have experience in FMCG sales.
- Assist ASM in sales planning, including beat plans, new merchant opening, and sub-dealer appointment, while ensuring execution of top merchant management and loyalty programs.
- Ensure adherence to monthly and daily planning for Customer Sales Officers regarding outlet coverage and product sales.
- Support distributors with processes to realize their interests, manage ROI, and ensure claim settlement, while guiding a team of CSOs for optimal results.
- Report competition activities and geographical performance monthly to the Area Sales Manager, ensuring the implementation of schemes and trade marketing plans in the assigned geography.
- Ensure CSOs attend daily gate meetings to convey daily priorities and guide them through joint fieldwork to enhance sales pitch.
- Ensure CSOs conduct adequate merchandising in key outlets.
- Manage inventory levels of distributed by Super Stockist, Distributors, and retail outlets.
- Ensure CSOs adhere to beat plans, achieve daily sales targets, and track daily sales, providing reports to MIS Executives/Area Sales Managers.
- Review CSO and Senior CSO on a regular basis and improve their sales pitch
Must have experience in FMCG sales.
