What You’ll Do (Your Role)

• Build and maintain data pipelines, ETL/ELT processes, and data lakes using healthcare data (EHRs, documentation, claims, etc.).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement optimal data solutions for analytics and data science.
• Ensure data quality and integrity with a focus on security and compliance.
• Drive process improvements including automation and infrastructure redesign for scalability.
• Evaluate and recommend emerging data technologies for integration strategies.
• Support data scientists and MLOps engineers with pipelines and model training/versioning.
• Lead technical discovery processes and define complex requirements.
• Develop and maintain data governance policies and procedures.

What You Bring

• 10+ years of experience in mobile software development.
• Deep expertise in AngularJS/React/NodeJS frameworks.
• Strong background in Java, particularly in backend integrations.
• Proficiency in relational databases such as SQL or MySQL.
• Experience with cloud platforms and services including mobile backend integration and deployment.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and performance optimization.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  
  

Education / Certifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
