Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Talent Acquisition team as an Intern. The ideal candidate will have a passion for recruiting and a desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment. This internship will provide valuable hands-on experience in the field of talent acquisition and will offer the opportunity to work closely with experienced professionals in the industry.

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Assist in sourcing and screening candidates for various positions within the organization
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system
  • Assist with creating job descriptions and posting job openings on various platforms
  • Participate in recruitment events and career fairs to attract top talent
  • Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team as needed

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Previous experience in a recruiting or HR role is a plus
  • Knowledge of applicant tracking systems is a plus
