Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Campus Recruiter with 1 to 6 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving the organization's campus hiring initiatives for both technical and non-technical roles. This role involves extensive collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a seamless hiring process, foster strong relationships with campus partners, and contribute to an excellent candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Campus Hiring Strategy and Execution
  
  

○ Drive campus recruitment for technical and non-technical roles, including full-time and internship requirements

○ Conduct market research to identify and prioritize campuses aligned with

organizational hiring needs and open roles.

○ Serve as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for designated campuses, maintaining strong relationships with placement officers and faculty. ○ Organize and manage online assessments (Pre interview screening) ○ Travel to campuses during the recruitment season to represent the organization and ensure smooth execution of drives.

• Campus Engagement and Branding
  
  

○ Coordinate pre-placement talks, leadership talks and other engagement activities to build the organization’s employer branding.

○ Act as a brand ambassador, showcasing the company culture and career opportunities to students.

○ Collaborate with the communications team to design engaging job descriptions, presentation decks, and other branding materials.

• Logistics and Event Management
  
  

○ Oversee logistics for campus recruitment events, including managing travel arrangements,procurement of campus goodies, etc.

○ Coordinate in office campus drives end to end in off campus season

• Offer Rollout and Onboarding Support
  
  

○ Manage feedback and offer rollout processes on Workday

○ Collaborate with the Employee Experience (EX) team to facilitate onboarding formalities for new hires.

• Intern Engagement and Performance Management
  
  

○ Plan and execute engagement activities for interns, fostering a positive experience during their tenure.

○ Support the intern performance evaluation and coordinate the appraisal process in coordination with hiring managers.

• Stakeholder Management
  
  

○ Maintain effective communication with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of interview process and panel alignment for events

Qualifications & Skills Required

• 1-6 Years of experience
• Extensive experience in campus/university hiring
