Position Summary
We are looking for a talented candidate to join our Corporate IT team. The successful candidate will mainly be providing technical support to our India users as well as users from other APAC sites, including offices and outsource call centers. This position will also be involved in projects planning, support and execution as needed.

Position Summary
We are looking for a talented candidate to join our Corporate IT team. This position will also be involved in projects planning, support and execution as needed.
Responsibilities
- Responds to user requests promptly
- Taking care all the IT equipment in the office
- Install and configure network & server equipment together with global team
- Manage the Azure and office 365 environment
- Follow and enforce IT & Security policy
- Provide training to users in the use of system and applications
- Logs all support activities in IT ticketing system
- Participate in IT projects including network/system change & office expansion
- Manage the IT inventory, video conference and office security system including CCTV & door access
- Excellent communication skills in written & spoken English (Must)
- At least 3 years of experience in IT system administration in sizable company/MNC
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must be able to work outside normal business hours in order to perform diagnosis and/or implementation of product releases or changes
- Knowledge and hands on experience with Microsoft technologies (Windows OS, AD)
- Knowledge in networking including TCP/IP, VPN, SDWAN, SIP…etc
- Professional, passionate, innovative, independent, detail-minded, self-motivated kind of person
