Supply Planner

What’s The Role

As a Supply Planner, your primary responsibility is to ensure the right products are available at designated locations across Europe and the Middle East to fulfill customer orders on time and in full. This role requires strong coordination and communication with suppliers, logistics, production, and customer operations teams in our plants and Krakow center. You will manage accurate data in planning systems, SAP, and reporting tools, while proactively communicating product availability, supply disruptions, and mitigation actions to stakeholders. By maintaining efficient supply planning, you will have a significant impact on customer satisfaction, on-time deliveries, warehouse utilization, working capital, and production costs.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Ensure a feasible supply plan is in place to deliver on-time-in-full to our customers
• Manage product flow using DDMRP (Demand Driven Material Replenishment) methodology in line with planning system proposals
• Review/release & expedite Production Orders and Purchase orders
• Execute network stock movements
• Perform monthly stock reviews
• Master data and product data maintenance
• Management of backlog
• Proactively identify and intervene on cases of overstock in order to maintain actual stock levels within target ranges
• Maintain medium-term outlook on demand variations and ensure supply chain capacity is adjusted to meet requirements
• Execute diagnostics of on-time-in-full failures and implement effective remedial actions with relevant functional teams.
• Act as business single point of contact for Customer operations and Sales
• Monitoring and regular reporting of Supply planning Goals and KPIs.
  
  

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s or Master's degree, preferably in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or Engineering.
• At least 2 years of experience in Supply Chain Planning
• Strong Excel, pivot and vlookup experience
• SAP or DDMRP system knowledge
• Lubricants business knowledge
• Demonstrated evidence of Enterprise first values and behaviors
• Strong time management and on time delivery
• Projects and Change management experience
• Virtual working experience including team, coaching and stakeholder management
