Eligibility Criteria

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field

Prior experience in content creation for the respective subject

1–5 years of relevant work experience

Experience in preparing or mentoring for Banking Mains examinations

Required Skill Set

Strong conceptual clarity in the chosen subject

Proficiency with Google tools (Docs, Sheets, Drive, etc.)

Sound understanding of grammar rules (for English) or mathematical accuracy and typesetting (for Quant & Reasoning)

Ability to analyze question trends and adapt content accordingly

Roles & Responsibilities

Create high-quality study materials and practice questions for Banking Mains exams, aligned with current patterns and standards

Ensure accuracy, clarity, and conceptual relevance of solutions and explanations

Collaborate with internal SME teams and instructors for content reviews and improvements

Develop questions in varied difficulty levels (easy, medium, hard) as per prescribed guidelines

Meet minimum weekly targets for content/question creation
