Responsibilities
Oversee and manage all aspects of Civil & Structure Erection for the construction of thermal power plants
Education Qualification
Oversee and manage all aspects of Civil & Structure Erection for the construction of thermal power plants
- Develop and implement strategic plans and schedules to ensure timely and efficient project completion
- Lead and mentor a team of construction professionals, providing guidance and support as needed
- Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and other departments to streamline project workflows
- Monitor and control project budgets, resources, and timelines to achieve desired project outcomes
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards throughout the construction process
- Act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, addressing concerns and resolving issues proactively
- Conduct regular site inspections and assessments to verify compliance with project specifications
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance construction processes and productivity
Education Qualification
- B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- 22-30 years of experience in the Thermal Power industry
- Proven track record in Civil & Structure Erection for the construction of thermal power plants
- Demonstrated leadership experience in managing and supervising large-scale projects
- Expertise in coordinating with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders
- Strong understanding of industry standards, regulations, and best practices
