Responsibilities
QUALIFICATIONS
- Lead the structural design and analysis of building projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to develop cost-effective and innovative structural solutions.
- Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, and technical documentation for construction teams.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to assess structural integrity and address any design or construction issues.
- Utilize advanced software and tools to model and simulate structural components and systems.
- Provide technical expertise and support during the construction phase, resolving any structural-related challenges that may arise.
- Stay updated on emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in structural design and construction.
- Ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards throughout the design and construction process.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams, clients, and external partners to ensure clear understanding and successful implementation of design requirements.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of design processes and methodologies to enhance overall efficiency and quality.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 15-20 years of experience in structural design within the Real Estate industry.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in civil engineering or related field.
