- Design coordination with MEP consultant. Able to work on AutoCAD
- Design knowledge for FPS, HVAC, PHE & Lift which include Pipe sizing, Pump capacity calculations, fan capacity calculations, equipment layout, Piping Layout, Single Line Diagram, etc.
- Planning and Execution of MEP work specifically FPS, HVAC, PHE & Lift for high-rise Residential projects.
- Execute the project as per the BOQ, budget, cost, and timelines.
- Coordinate with the other dept. / team members, Consultants, Vendors, and other professionals for the timely execution of work.
- Resolve issues in terms of drawings, details, material specifications, coordination etc while executing the work.
- Knowledge of Statutory code & local bye laws applicable for High-rise residential building in terms of planning, designing & project coordination
