Roles and Responsibilities
Data Analysis & Insights: Extract data from multiple sources to generate
actionable insights that support data-driven decision-making.
Client Solutions & Business Development: Drive upselling and cross-selling of
Delhivery’s products and services by aligning offerings with client business
needs. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to conceptualize and launch new
products and services.
Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients,
ensuring prompt resolution of queries related to billing, reconciliation, and
performance. Build strong, trust-based relationships through consistent
communication.
Performance & Metric Management: Monitor key performance metrics, ensure
targets are met, and conduct root cause analysis with corrective actions when
deviations occur.
On-Ground Client Engagement: Travel across client sites and operational
centers for meetings, audits, business launches, and reviews, as per business
requirements.
