This is a full-time on-site role for a Store Manager at Mr. Kutchhi located in Ahmedabad. The Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing store performance, and implementing retail loss prevention strategies.
- Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
- Effective Communication skills
- Store Management expertise
- Experience in Retail Loss Prevention
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Previous experience in the fast food industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
