Role/Job Title: Branch Sales Manager - EIL

Function/Department: Sales

Job Purpose

As a Sales Manager at IDFC FIRST Bank, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales executives and driving business growth through excellent customer service and sales strategies. You will be a key member of the Service department, working closely with the Customer Experience and Analytics teams to ensure a seamless and personalized banking experience for our customers.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets
  • Manage and motivate a team of sales executives to meet and exceed sales goals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
  • Analyse sales data and provide insights for business growth
  • Collaborate with the Customer Experience team to improve customer service processes and procedures
  • Work closely with the Analytics team to identify customer needs and preferences
  • Conduct regular training and coaching sessions for the sales team to enhance their skills and knowledge
  • Stay updated with industry trends and competitors' activities to identify potential business opportunities
  • Ensure compliance with banking regulations and policies

Education Qualifications

Graduation:- Any Graduate

Experience: 2-5 Years of experience in LAP Sourcing.
