Key Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day operational tasks, ensuring smooth functioning of the store.
• Oversee and manage the store’s inventory
• Regularly conduct inventory checks and stock audits to minimize discrepancies.
• Regularly update inventory systems to track stock movements, updates, and changes in
  
  

real-time.

• Ensure the accuracy of inventory records across all platforms (physical stock and digital
  
  

records).

• Provide general assistance in managing store operations, including answering customer
  
  

queries, processing returns, and providing on-the-floor support as needed.

• Assist the store owner in accepting and processing customer orders.
• Ensure timely and accurate packing of orders, preparing items for shipment or customer
  
  

pickup.

• Travel to different stores in a locality on a need basis.
• Go to aligned stores, scan barcodes for every product, and upload the same on the
  
  

Pincode App.

Requirements

• Minimum experience requires - 1 year
• Qualification - Graduate
• Open to field work
• Preferable to own a two wheeler
• Open to Six-day working
• Weekoffs will be on a rotational basis
• Shift based assignments
  
  

They will be getting travel allowance + Incentives in addition to their base salary.
