Job Description

As the State Sales Head for Page 3, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding the market share across Uttar Pradesh. You will manage and optimize our extensive dealer network, develop strategic sales plans, and lead a team of sales professionals to achieve company objectives. Your role will be crucial in establishing and maintaining strong relationships with dealers, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring the successful implementation of sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets in Uttar Pradesh.
  • Manage and expand the dealer network, ensuring strong partnerships and customer satisfaction.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to drive high performance.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective promotional campaigns.
  • Prepare and present sales reports to senior management, providing insights and recommendations.
  • Monitor and manage the budget, ensuring efficient use of resources.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA is preferred.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of sales management experience, preferably in the bathroom accessories or related industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing large dealer networks.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the state.
