Job Description
To supervise and monitor from Lead to commissioning. To implement the ABP for the Division by leading a motivated field team and to achieve his KPI’s.

Graduate Engineer or Post graduate in Marketing Management

1 To achieve planned LOA, NOC and commissioning & other targets set for the State.
- Planning of Annual Divisional business plan and set targets of LOA, NOC, and Commissioning for the state.
- Fix targets of each of the TSM’s to help achieve the ABP targets.
- Submit complete report to zone for a new RO approval.
- Constantly monitor and create new leads for Franchisee appointment, intervene in difficult cases.
- Review sites identified for Flagship RO’s.
- Submit complete report to region for a new RO approval.
- Constantly monitor and create new leads for Franchisee appointment, intervene in difficult cases.
- Review sites identified for Flagship RO’s.
- Complete proper documentation of Lease deed and franchisee agreement as per milestones.
- Submit docs for finalizing NL & RO on time.
- Visiting government officials regularly
- Keeping constant touch and maintain cordial relation.
- Address and close franchisee issues
- Regular visit to Sites
- Reduce equipment downtime
- Coaching and Developing team members
- Providing Motivational Support
