Job Overview

We are seeking a Sr. Finance Manager to join our team in Surat. This is a full-time, mid-level position ideal for someone with 4 to 6 years of experience in financial management. The candidate will play a pivotal role in managing and overseeing the companys financial activities, ensuring financial health, and providing strategic financial direction to meet Rayzon Solars expansion goals.

Qualifications And Skills

• Proven experience of 4 to 6 years in financial management and accounting.
• Strong financial analysis skills to assess financial data accurately and identify trends (Mandatory skill).
• Expertise in budgeting to align the organizations financial resources with its strategic objectives (Mandatory skill).
• Proficiency in financial reporting to prepare comprehensive reports for stakeholders (Mandatory skill).
• Experience in strategic planning to set long-term financial goals and implement plans for achieving them.
• Adept at risk management to identify, assess, and prioritize financial risks.
• Demonstrated team leadership skills to manage and mentor the finance team effectively.
• Strong forecasting ability to predict future financial trends and prepare accordingly.
• In-depth knowledge of compliance to ensure adherence to financial regulations and legal standards.

• Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, financial reporting, and auditing.

• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal financial laws and regulations.
