We are looking for an experienced Sr. Supervisor to join our team at DCS Group. As a Sr. Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing various projects in the railway sector. You will ensure that projects are completed efficiently, adhere to safety regulations, and meet quality standards. This is a mid-level position requiring 4 to 6 years of experience.
Qualifications And Skills
- Proven experience (4 to 6 years) as a Supervisor in railway projects
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations and guidelines in the railway industry
- Experience in managing mid-sized projects from start to finish
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Ability to identify maintenance and repair needs for railway infrastructure
- Experience in conducting inspections and audits
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in project management tools and software
- Oversee and manage railway projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget
- Adhere to safety regulations and guidelines during project execution
- Coordinate with internal teams, external contractors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project progress
- Supervise and provide guidance to project teams, monitoring their performance and addressing any issues
- Conduct inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with quality standards
- Manage project schedules, resources, and budget allocations effectively
- Collaborate with the engineering team to develop maintenance and repair plans for railway infrastructure
- Monitor project progress and prepare regular status reports for management
