Job Description
We’re looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer with 4–6 years of hands-on experience to join our growing CRM team. If you’re passionate about building scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds—this role is for you.
As a Sr. Developer, you’ll design and develop custom components, drive performance improvements, and integrate third-party platforms. You’ll work closely with architects and cross-functional teams to ensure timely, secure, and maintainable deployments.

As a Sr. Developer, you’ll design and develop custom components, drive performance improvements, and integrate third-party platforms. You’ll work closely with architects and cross-functional teams to ensure timely, secure, and maintainable deployments.
Key Skills
- Expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
- Strong proficiency in Apex (classes, triggers, batch, schedulers) and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Solid knowledge of Aura Components, Flow Builder, and transition to flow-first architecture.
- Good understanding of Salesforce data model, sharing rules, and security architecture.
- Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, OAuth 2.0, Named Credentials, and Platform Events.
- Skilled in SOQL/SOSL, custom metadata, custom settings, and dynamic Apex.
- Familiarity with DevOps tools like Copado, Gearset, Salesforce DX, and version control (Git).
- Proficient in declarative tools (Validation Rules, Approval Processes).
- Develop and optimize Salesforce solutions across various clouds.
- Build and maintain reusable components using LWC and Apex.
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Ensure code quality using tools like PMD and follow best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for requirement analysis and solution design.
- Maintain and improve data security, role hierarchy, and sharing rules.
- Contribute to DevOps practices for deployment and version control.
- Continuously update skills with new Salesforce features and releases.
