Job Description
We are looking for a result-driven Paid Marketing Executive/Sr. Executive with over 2 years of hands-on experience in B2B digital advertising. This role demands a strategic thinker with excellent operational knowledge of paid campaigns across platforms like Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Bing.
As part of the Digital Marketing team, you will be directly involved in campaign execution, client communication, performance reporting, and driving ROI-focused strategies. You should be comfortable handling client interactions, analyzing data, and ensuring timely optimizations to meet campaign goals.

Key Skills
- 2+ years of experience in Paid Marketing, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Bing Ads.
- Ability to manage, monitor, and optimize ad accounts for performance.
- Excellent client-facing communication; able to handle queries and deliver feedback promptly.
- Experience creating weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly campaign performance reports.
- Solid understanding of PPC strategy, audience targeting, and lead generation.
- Knowledge of bidding strategies, keyword planning, and conversion tracking.
- Ability to provide proactive recommendations and quick turnarounds on optimizations.
- Comfortable working during night shifts for client calls.
- Experience with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
- Familiarity with campaign budget planning and goal alignment.
- Exposure to lead-nurturing campaigns and remarketing strategies.
- Understanding of UTM tracking and performance attribution.
- Certification in Google Ads or other paid platforms is a plus.
- Assist in managing paid marketing accounts on a day-to-day basis.
- Execute ad campaigns across Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, Bing, and other platforms.
- Monitor campaign performance and ensure alignment with client goals.
- Provide timely responses to customer queries and maintain clear communication.
- Collaborate with internal teams to implement strategic ad recommendations.
- Prepare actionable reports with campaign insights and KPIs.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and changes in ad platforms.
- Ensure quality delivery under tight deadlines and shifting priorities.
