Sr. Quality Engineer

Supplier Quality JD

• Carry out supplier evaluation for on boarding suppliers.
• Ensure to follow all supplier related documents as per Supplier Quality manual.
• PPAP for First Article Inspection for NPD and Localisation parts
• Monitoring supplier PPM & take appropriate action.
• Monitor & maintain Quality of incoming material.
• Third party testing of incoming material as per reference standard
• Managing Rejection data and analysis
• Identifying the root causes and effectively implementing the corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) against incoming material defects by using 8D
• supplier assessment based on PPM by annual basis.
• Monitor & maintain QMS as per ISO 9001:2015
• Prepare & review Quality assurance plan (QAP) / Control plan to align with project requirements.
• Plan and coordinate the execution of pre-dispatch inspections (PDI) at supplier end.
• Review engineering change request (ECR) & implement.
• Customer complaints analysis.
  
  

Educational Qualification: BE Mechanical

Experience: 8 to 10 years

Must Haves: Supplier Quality, PPAP, Supplier Evaluation, assessment, Measuring Instruments handling & Incoming Quality

Good to Have: ISO 9001 QMS management, Testing and validation, TPI, 6 Sigma certification
